The Building Company entered into a CVA period under the Insolvency Act, but failed to comply, by not making a single contribution to the CVA, so the administrators have now petitioned for the winding up of Keystone Construction owning debts of nearly £500,000 to their creditors

I have attempted every possible avenue open to me as a consumer, to get justice, unfortunately all I have found is failure and backtracking in the practices of the Scheme Operators which Keystone Construction were Members, the Scheme Operators where set up to protect the consumers and stop Cowboy Builders and Rogue Traders, unfortunately for consumers it is failing!.

This site is dedicated to my struggle over the last 3 years to receive Justice, so far it has not prevailed, and am forced to undertake a stronger stance to get to the end. Please explore the site to discover how negligible other authorities have been.

Ironically the only person who has been taken to court in this matter is me, but I managed to defeat Portsmouth City Council completely on my own with no exterior help.

I have received many letters of threats of legal action against me, threatening litigation and restraining orders to suppress my evidence against certain organistations, as of yet no action has been taken, and I have all the evidence necessary.
