On the 24th February 2009, the administrator informed the creditors that Keystone Construction had failed to comply with the CVA, as they had not made a single contribution or a contribution to the administrators fees, therefore the administrator petitioned for a winding up of Keystone Construction UK Ltd.

Keystone Construction's electrical work was eventually inspected by the NICEIC and was found not to reach BS7671 Building Regulations . This work was then certificated and the file closed, but the work proved still to be unsafe and did not reach BS7671 Building Regulations.
The Chief Executive of TrustMark's response to this matter was...."You will have to sue Keystone Construction UK Ltd"
My response was... "How? They are half a million in debt, but you supported them as financially sound and they follow the Government Standards"
His reply was to.... HANG UP the phone.
The Chairman of TrustMark informed me this matter has nothing to do with him and I should not contact him at work again.
TrustMark will not respond to where my offer if a warranty is.
